2. About Makai US Group LLC

Makai US Group LLC is a technology company headquartered in Houston, Texas, that develops precision software tools for traders, contractors, and construction professionals. Our platforms include:

• Makai Intelligence Terminal — Executive trading journal and analytics platform
• MBI Budget Intelligence System — AI-powered construction budget estimation platform
• Makai Social Media Management — Content strategy and scheduling services

3. No Financial or Professional Advice

Nothing on any Makai US Group LLC platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, architectural, engineering, or construction advice. All outputs — including trade analytics, budget estimates, and AI-generated reports — are for informational purposes only. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on platform data.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription-based products (Terminal, MBI) require an active paid plan after any applicable trial period.
• Billing is processed securely by Stripe. Makai US Group LLC does not store credit card information.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice by email.

5. Permitted Use

All Makai platforms are licensed for lawful personal or business use by the registered account holder. You may not resell, sublicense, or share account access without written permission. Software, AI logic, design, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Makai US Group LLC.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or extracting platform logic or data
• Using platforms for market manipulation or any unlawful activity
• Sharing account credentials or enabling unauthorized access
• Misrepresenting Makai AI-generated estimates as licensed professional certifications

7. Service Availability

We aim for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may cause downtime. Makai US Group LLC is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makai US Group LLC, its owners, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use any Makai platform or service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to maintain an active subscription. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
